Andrea Teresa Large

November 30, 1957 - August 25, 2020

 

Andrea Teresa Large, 62, of Ewing, passed away on August 25, 2020, at Penn Medicine of Princeton at Plainsboro  

Born in Nanticoke, PA, Andrea was a graduate of St. Anthony’s High School, Class of 1975. She later graduated from Mercer County Community College, Class of 1977, where she earned a degree in dental assisting. Andrea was employed with Comcast for 30 years, and later for the State of New Jersey where she retired in 2019. 

She was a longtime member of St. Stanislaus church, serving as a member of the choir, a lector and a Eucharistic Minister. She loved helping others and would often knit shawls for people in nursing homes. She was a lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan, loved the Fall, the smell of the shore and the simple things in life. She was an avid reader who enjoyed getting lost in a book. She loved animals and trying new recipes in the kitchen. 

Predeceased by her father, Joseph Anthony Chrzan and her brother, Joseph David Chrzan, she is survived by her daughters, Kelly Large of Hamilton and Chelsey Large and her partner, Francesca Scirocco of Morrisville, Pa; her mother, Florence Chrzan of Hamilton; her sister, Alisande Chrzan of Hamilton; her brother, Christopher Chrzan and his wife, Kathy Chrzan of Princeton; and her nephews, Christopher Chrzan and his wife, Cecilia Chrzan, and Jonathan Chrzan. 

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, September 4, 2020, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ followed by a service at 2:30 p.m.
