Jeffrey J. Seifert PENNINGTON - Jeffrey J. Seifert, 55, of Pennington passed away on Monday at the Capital Health System at Fuld. Born in Trenton, he was a life-long area resident. A graduate of Villanova University, he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies and the Gamma Phi Honor Fraternity. He was chief auditor of the Department of the Treasury, State of New Jersey, CPA, CIA and CPM. He is survived by his parents, Joseph A. and Madeline Peters Seifert of Lawrenceville; his wife, Patricia Cowell Seifert; a son, Joseph R. Seifert of Pennington; a daughter, April A. Seifert of Pennington; a sister and brother-in-law, Maxine Seifert and Thomas L. Small of Maplewood, NJ; a mother in-law. Peggy Cowell; brothers-in-law, Richard, Nick, and Mike Cowell, and a close friend, Steve Steinbergher. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 18, at 11 a.m. at the Wilson-Apple Funeral Home, 2560 Pennington Rd., Pennington. Friends may call on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Thomas Edward Seaman (1974)

I remember Jeff fondly, We were in Home room together all through high school. Jeff was always smiling no matter how the day was going. I learned how to smile at issues that would normally get me annoyed thanks to Jeff. I always considered Jeff to be a friend!  RIP ole Friend!
